Noć muzeja (Museum Night 2025)

Although our museum is not a formal participant in the traditional event of the Croatian Museum Society – Museum Night, like every year, we are open for free visits by citizens. This year we will not have a special thematic program, but that is why we have prepared three novelties on the upper floor of the museum.

The first is a new set of exhibits with a new retro music corner which includes old synthesizers and Atari ST and MSX music computers. Another novelty is a newly renovated corner for our famous attraction – a replica of the original theremin – the first electronic musical instrument. The third exciting novelty is the retro-cinema room, where we have shown in one place the legendary computers used to create Hollywood hits such as Star Wars and Jurassic Park. You can also view and try out old video devices, from before the digital age to the transition to optical media.

We apologize to visitors that two rooms are currently undergoing renovations. We are making minor changes to one, while the other, upstairs, will offer completely new exhibits and be a new attraction for our museum. Stay tuned!
